A resident's car was vandalized while parked on level S2 of block B.
The window of the car was destroyed overnight.
It is clear that the surveillance is insufficient, allowing such acts to go unpunished. One wonders if the access to the garage is well-secured or if some doors are not properly locked, which the Property Manager had mentioned he would check during the last meeting.
During our meeting Dec 21 2023 with the managers, the Building Manager told us that one of the priorities of the MINTO administration was to ensure the safety of the tenants, while acknowledging that it was impossible to avoid all incidents.

Affected by the deterioration of the Rockhill Apartments in Montreal, some tenants began meeting in July 2023 to consider ways to address the situation.
From these meetings emerged the Rockhill Tenants Collective, a spontaneous group dedicated to upholding the rights of residents and the heritage value of this once upscale and avant-garde complex.
