Have an impression of quality when entering the building. The lobby gives the impression of a low-end building
- Make sure to have a clean carpet when entering
- Move the renaissance box to the right of the elevators next to the bike room
- Replace the sofa and table
- Invest in a trash can that closes
- Do not leave service doors open and damaged
- Do not expose the electronics of sensors
- Have a place for messages, do not stick them on the glass with tape like a condemned building
The management is working on a renovation plan for all the building lobbies. The goal is to finalize the plans to implement them in 2024. The management will confirm the plans to us once they are established.
The lobby of Building B, in comparison to that of A, deserves more thorough care.
The Property Manager will come to assess it personally and make the necessary changes for improvement and beautification.
